ADDENDUM TODAY'S BLOG

About the missing rooster: I made an assumption that was incorrect. I thought I was seeing the missing rooster when I looked under the lilac bush. They both are the same breed and I can tell them apart by appearance, but especially their mannerism. But when there under a bush well....................... I just made an assumption, because I just saw that rooster on the other side of the yard with a flock of hens. I didn't think he got back that quick. When I went out this afternoon, I saw line of feathers that is typical, when a chicken is being chased and bit at. He was known by different names, Ernesto was his latest moniker. I referred to him as our Renegade Rooster. We will miss him.

The other thing: I said, my intuition told me to buy the sheep. That is a misuse of the word intuition. If it was my intuition, there would be no ambivalence. I trust my intuition. It is wishful thinking. I need to listen more carefully for my intuition.

Happy Friday!

Love and Peace,  Gregg
