GOING TO THE FAIR

It's raining out. We just had a mini-cloud burst and it rained an inch and a half last night. The forecast is for more rain. But............... we planned to go to the Fair today and it looks like we are not going to back out of our plans. We will have a good time no matter what!

Happy Friday! We can meet here again on Monday.

UNDERSTANDING ONENESS

We are beginning to understand Oneness. Most of us know more about it than we are aware of. Almost all of us grew up in some kind of family. Whether, patriarchal or matriarchal, there was someone who, when they were unhappy, created a pall that descended on all of us. Likewise, someone we know could light-up a room or a home. We have experienced babies who spoiled, or at least diminished, the enjoyment of an event by their fussiness.

Right now someone is being warned that the boss is in a bad mood or told that the boss is happy today. In some organizations a crabby secretary or receptionist can have everybody walking on eggshells.

Are not we all familiar with how our moods effect those around us? Just move a little deeper into our beingness. Our thoughts, which are the author of those moods, affect all of us, even though, the mood may not be obvious. There are ways to demonstrate how our minds are joined, I don't know how to do that in a few sentences. They are. We know we pick up thoughts from those around us. It happens all the time.

Our thoughts, our moods, our ideas, our very beingness affects the whole. We are individual, only, because we define ourselves that way. Are we really? If we think of consciousness as a pool of water that we swim in, we will note that whatever we do, it sets up a vibration that affects all. When we have negative thoughts, it is like the little kid who pees in the pool.

Likewise, our laughter, our joy, our happiness resonates through our consciousness. Laughter lightens everybody. A few good belly laughs could prevent war.

We are beginning to realize our Oneness. We are beginning to be aware of how our feelings and thoughts affect all of us. We are realizing there is no separation. We are one with each other. We are one with Source.

As we go about our day, we are aware that the content of our mind affects everyone. We move everyone forward with our love and joy. This is not meant to be a heavy trip for folks, that are aware of the darkness, they may be currently experiencing. We all experience darkness sometimes. It will end. Love is the only real energy there is. We more than make up for our lack of love [darkness] when we turn to the Light. Two minutes of pure love will wipe away eons of darkness.

We raise the consciousness of all, by raising our own consciousness. Let us not be so serious about life. Enjoy the silliness. Laugh at our errors. If you look at life from a certain perspective, it is all quite funny and not serious at all. We can put what ever face on it we want.

As we realize our Oneness and pay attention to our thoughts, and not allow past thoughts to haunt our present, we will think less and less of our individuality, and more and more, we will feel our oneness with Source.

We are One. We are Love.

GROWING THINGS

We are discovering who we are spiritually and we are learning how we fit into Nature. Both quests are a relearning, because once we took the knowledge, of both, for granted. With a lot of help from negative forces, we lost touch with our spiritual origins and we were alienated from Nature. Knowledge of who we are spiritually was distorted by corrupt religions. The Master's teachings were distorted or misinterpreted by those who sought power over us.

We are on a journey back to rediscovering the truth. We know our source is Unconditional Love. We know we were created by Unconditional Love. We know we already contain the truth of the Universe. We are learning to look inside for the love and guidance we seek.

Our miss-creations have taken us far away from the Earth. We long to feel part of the Earth again. We yearn to feel the loving caress of our Mother.

We have an opportunity to fulfill this need and begin raising healthy food for ourselves. Commercial foods are becoming more and more unreliable. There is very little oversight concerning additives and general quality. The food industry is self-regulatory. Not only are the additives dangerous to health, but the nutrition of plants grown in mined soil are highly suspect. Additionally, if we have a collapse in our economic system, foods shipped from a distance may not be available.

Let us raise our own food. How much lawn do we need? In suburbs and cities, lawns can be turned into vegetable gardens. Vacant lots can produce food. Everybody needs to participate. We all need to get our hands in the dirt. We need to experience the miracle of a seed sprouting and growing into a sturdy plant. A garden gets us out in the sunshine. It gets us out in the fresh air. It gives us the opportunity to know the Earth.

Most cities and towns have lands surrounding them that can be converted to gardens. Food can be raised without artificial chemicals and poisons. Organic gardeners have long demonstrated that their methods will work in both large scale and small scale farms. However, if everybody [and I mean everybody] participates, small plots may suffice. Sure some of us may be a little long of tooth to do much gardening; but there is some way we can help. Shelling peas, snapping beans, packing jars for canning are all things that can be accomplished sitting down.

Let us all ask ourselves, "How can I help feed myself and the folks around me?" We will come up with an answer. We don't have to wait for it to be a matter of survival and let us hope that doesn't happen. But it is a matter of survival, in the sense of discovering who we are and how we fit into Nature.

Many of us feel the longing to get back to the Earth. Let's. Let's get our hands in the soil. Let's grow some things.

IT ALL WORKS OUT

Yesterday afternoon, after doing some chores, gathering eggs and putting new hay in the nest boxes, I sat down in a lawn chair, situated between the barn and chicken coop, and enjoyed my surroundings. When I was in the coop, I noticed that the second crop of fledgling swallows were now ready to fly. As I was sitting outside, I noticed three of these young ones sitting on an electric wire. They are as big as their parents now, but they just sat there, flapping their wings occasionally, in anticipation of their parents feeding them. Periodically, a parent would swoop in an deposit an insect in their gaping maw and fly away to gather more. In a very short time these young ones will need to gather their own insects. The swallows from the neighboring farms will soon be gathering together in large flocks and practice for their long journey Southward.

Sitting quietly and observing our natural surroundings is a healing process. No matter what nonsense occupies our minds, at the moment, it is easy to let go and just be. I think most of us suffer from some lack of exposure to our natural surroundings. Even folks living in the country can be far away from Nature. I know some farmers that seem one with their surroundings and others who see their farms as factories and they the technicians.

Civilization does not need to alienate us from Nature. Yet, it often does. We often live as if we were on extensions from everything natural. That need not be. Nature is soothing. Nature is comforting. Separation from Nature creates anxiety, uncertainty; it makes being peaceful more difficult.

Some of us have developed the view that technology is counter to living with Nature. They see us as living in cities insulated from Nature or being thrust in the wild. They have not developed a vision of us, being civilized, technologically sophisticated beings, who live in Nature. Yet, there is a growing segment of the population who are just that. They have learned to live, deeply emerged in their natural surroundings, and yet avail themselves of the latest in technology.

Separation from Nature can be a physical reality, especially if you live in the city, but it is largely in the mind.

I don't know how our new cities will look, but we are returning to the land. We are realizing our oneness with the Earth. I know cities can be rich, complex, exciting, creative and still be one with Nature.

We are learning what Oneness means; oneness with Nature, oneness with each other. We are getting a glimpse of who we are. Who we "really" are! We are one with Source. We are co-creators with the Universe.

We are going through a difficult time. Although, the level of love in the world is great, also the last grasp of egoic control is being felt. At the group [national] and the individual level, there seems to be a final struggle before the negative forces give way. Be patient. Keep the faith. Peace will emerge on the Earth. It is the peoples Will. It is the Will of Source. When one of us behaves obnoxiously, let the rest of us see the temporary nature of it, and love and forgive. It will all work out.

Happy Friday!

GIVING UP THE PAST

We are told by our mentors, that we must give up the past in order to be in the moment. The moment, the NOW, where all peace, love and happiness is. We not only miss being in the moment by attention to the past; the past that we mull over, endlessly in our minds, is usually fraught with self criticism or blame.

Most of us are making progress. It sometimes doesn't seem that way, because we are so much more attuned to our minds workings, and we are aware when, we sink into some negative reverie. There was a time, when we wouldn't have noticed much, when we were absorbed by past thoughts, now we notice, indeed.

It is a difficult challenge. We have been programmed for a millennium to be self critical. It is a big change, not going over our past with a critical eye. Yet, we experience great rewards knowing the freedom from the assaults, we periodically victimized ourselves with. As we give up thoughts of our past, our periods of peace grow. We regard our selves more highly and we begin to get a glimpse of the great beings of light that we are.

Giving up our personal past is complex, because it often comes to us in feelings that are buried deeply, as a result of past hurt. They may arise again and again, even though, we thought we had forgiven adequately and were ready to move on. Let us not despair, that is a very familiar human condition. It does stop, as we pay less and less attention to the invitation to indulge in the negativity. We are learning. We are getting better and better at being in the NOW.

As we give up our personal past, we will see more clearly, the need to give up our ideas of our global past. By global past I mean: the history of our past as a group; including racial, political, religious, architectural, anthropological, archeological, national- that's right- everything.

The folks that were dominate, at the moment, created the history. All history is written with the ideas of maintaining dominance. Of course, this is especially true in the history of nations, but is, also, true in anthropology, archeology etc. It is often true that the more important a person is in his field, the bigger the ego. Big egos are often behind hypothesis formation and theoretical exploration. Folks with divergent views are often made fun of or otherwise marginalized. Possible routes of exploration are never taken; if they are not popular with the bigger egos, they are ignored or not funded.

The more sensitive the area, the more likely the history will be distorted. Therefore, an area like religion, which is both highly political and historical, is subject to the greatest distortion. Wherever, in our history religion is wedded to politics [always], we have maximum distortion. The easiest way to maintain manipulation of a population is through their belief systems, especially their spiritual belief systems. For the last two thousand years religion has been used to dominate the individual and make him submissive.

It appears that we know a great deal about our past, but much of what we think we know, is not trustworthy, and what we, outright don't know, far exceeds what we do know.

We are on the verge of great discoveries concerning who we are. There is evidence of great civilizations existing long before we thought it was possible. Our minds are just opening up to possibilities, we wouldn't consider a few years ago.

Much of the past has been written, consciously or unconsciously, to keep us subjected to those who would like to have power over us. In our hearts we know the truth. Let us accept only what resonates with us. The truth is freeing, it increases our capacity to love. Let us look for the truth that sets us free.

FORGIVENESS

Forgiveness is essential to happiness. In fact, it is essential to spiritual growth. It is a simple concept, yet some of us get tangled up. The wish, that those who have hurt us, will see the error of their ways is a seductive concept. Hanging on to a grudge sounds like a way to make this happen. However, we soon learn that it only makes us miserable. It isn't long before we realize forgiveness is for us. It clears our minds. It renews us and releases us from the others energy.

We cannot be in the present moment if we hold a grudge against another human being. Lack of forgiveness keeps us in the past and fearing the future.

I know that most of you folks, who read this blog, are familiar to the importance of forgiveness. I think it is important to revisit the issue now for two reasons. First, we are in a time right now where there is an onslaught of negative energy caused by the demise of the cabal, that has ruled the Earth, for several thousand years. This negative energy is being shined away by the increasing light, but it is, also, disturbing to interpersonal relationships. Part of the energy release is an attempt by the cabal to maintain the status quo. The light is threatening to them and those who are dedicated to increasing the light may feel like they are under attack. This may take the form of someone close to you saying something hurtful; especially something that picks at an old scab. The temptation will to be to freak out at this horrible injustice, and we often do. Forgiveness, at the ready, becomes a survival mechanism.

After one of these episodes, where we do freak out, we find it easier to forgive, the other, than ourselves. We need to forgive ourselves over and over. We have a big job to do. We need to reflect unconditional love on the world. Our lack of forgiveness makes us miserable and hampers our ability to project our love. It is very helpful to reinforce how much we are loved by Source. Sinking down into that quiet place inside and allowing ourselves to be embraced by a Loving Universe helps immensely. Keep in mind that while we are in these bodies we will not be perfect. We will freak out occasionally. We will find ourselves being perfect asses [yes, we can be perfect in that area]. Keep forgiveness at the ready. We are always going forward, even when it appears we are backtracking. Have faith, we are making progress.

The second reason, I am raising the idea of forgiveness, is that so much horror is coming to the surface, right now. We will soon see how exploitative our world has been. The people at the very top have been only interested in their own aggrandizement, at the expense of everybody else. They do not care how many die or suffer as long as they get what they want. We may be tempted to indulge in righteous anger. Giving into that temptation will only prolong the transition to the New World. As we see the bigger picture, and see how bereft these people are, who try to find happiness in power and money, we won't have difficulty being compassionate. These are miserable people, who deny their need for love, they are empty. The only satisfaction life gave them was dominating others. The increasing Light is a torture to them. The tide has turned, they can not survive in their present state. They, too, will turn to the light.

Eventually, forgiveness will not be an issue, as secure in ourselves, we will see an attack from another, as a call for love. Attack from another, can only come from a sense of lack in that person. The lack may take many shapes and forms, but at the base, that person is not liking themselves at the moment. Forgiveness becomes automatic as we recognize this better.

Forgiveness keeps the channels of love open. Look for love in the world. As we perceive love, it will grow.

ENDING THE WAR WITH NATURE

This subject is too big for me. There is so much to it and we have been doing it for so long, it would take years of study to address it properly. But, we must end all wars and the one with Nature is extremely important. In the written memory of the human race, we have been at odds with Nature. We have felt we needed to control it, to manage it; we see it as a dangerous.

When the first person put rocks in a small stream, to make a place deep enough to get a vessel full of water, they were interfering with Nature. We are not talking about that, are we? No, but how about Boulder Dam? Are we talking about that? I don't know. When do we cross the line? Where is the line?

We are coming out of an age where we take our war with Nature for granted. Although, some of us are deeply affected, others don't even notice. Commercial farming has become a war with Nature. Farmers are dependent on chemicals that are deleterious to the environment and it is accepted, as if there is no choice. Of course, some of us remember an agriculture without chemicals. We fed ourselves quite well and our agriculture sustained us through two World Wars, I guess it couldn't have been too bad. I was born in 1935. I grew up in a family that was aware and sensitive to nature. The farms in the areas, we frequented, still used horses for the majority of their work until I was about twelve, that would be 1947. A few farms had tractors, that were bought before 1941. After that industry was dedicated to the war effort and tractors were not available again until after the war. It was awhile before pesticides and herbicides came into use. I think they were well established in the early fifties.

But, this is not a treatise against the use of technology. Nor, do I think we should avoid interference with nature. We can't anyway. We are part of Nature. We are one with it. Every time we breathe we affect all of Nature.

And that is the point. Every time we do anything, we affect everything else. Our wisdom, far lags, our ability to manipulate through science. If we had a crystal ball, would we have split the atom? Would we have created 2-4D and all those wonderful chemicals? Wouldn't we have looked for another way to deal with problems of weeds? Would we have permitted the use of poisons that now pollute our water and air?

Would we have made better decisions if we did not see Nature as something to control and dominate? I know folks who say they love Nature {and I am sure they do}, yet, they see nothing wrong with spraying poison on plants they don't like. Would they do it, if they could see the whole picture?

It is a matter of attitude. It is a matter of perspective. Perhaps we are coming out of an age where the masculine was dominate and the feminine was eclipsed or suppressed.  The idea that we have behaved so aggressively with our planet; tore her up, shredded her, sheared off her mountains, destroyed her forest, poured poisons into her waters and air describes a masculinity gone mad. If an individual behaved like that we would lock them up in jail or an asylum. We all did it together, through our corporations. Let's pull the plug.

How can we stop being so insane?

What if we accepted our oneness with Nature? What if we loved Nature? What if we loved our Mother Earth? What if we immersed ourselves in Nature and saw things from inside? What if we could see the purpose of all things?

Nature and our Mother Earth have sustained us and allowed us to multiply and prosper, despite our cruel, or at least unfeeling, behavior. How much better could we live if we treated Her with love and respect?

We have mistaken logic for wisdom. Logic is a production of the ego. It is always at war with its surroundings. Logic, when it is not heart driven, is always misleading. The universe, which includes the Earth and Nature, is replete with Wisdom. If we look to our own true Nature and the Nature of the Universe, we will see. We will understand. We will make decisions that are good for all of us.

We are creative beings. We are not going to stop meddling with Nature. Let us meddle with love and light. All worthwhile decisions come out of peace. Deep Peace.

Happy Friday.

AND THE DAYS GO BY

We got thirty baby chickens yesterday. For once I was ready. I had their house cleaned out and the heat lamp extended and their food purchased. Unusual for us; in past years, we would get a call from the post office, that the chicks were there; we would buy their starter ration on the way home and scramble to get them set up. I must be turning over a new leaf, to have everything ready in advance. Perhaps, it is because we are getting them late in the year after the hurly burly of Spring. It is a little late for this clime, but okay. I have had hens hatch chicks in October and it worked out.

Having new babies on the farm sharpens ones focus. There is concern for a few days. What if the heat lamp burns out? Can a weasel get in the house? Is the lamp adjusted too high? Too low? How cold will it get tonight? I went out there about 11:30PM to check them out. They were fine. They were huddled in a circle under the light just like they should be; no piling up, no evidence of cold. First thing this Morning they still looked great.

Actually, we have never had any trouble with weasels or raccoons; two of the villains of folklore. Skunks have been the greatest problem for chicks and foxes for grown chickens. Their house is tight and nothing bigger than a little mouse could get in.

Our son, Noah and our grandson, Gregory have joined us for awhile. Our daughter, Naomi, and her son Elijah have been living with us while Naomi finished nurses training. She received her RN this Spring. So we have a full house and the presence of a six year old and ten year old keeps things lively.

My primary contribution to the household chores is doing the dishes [by hand]. Doing the dishes for just Jamie and me was no chore at all. When Naomi and Elijah came, it should have just doubled, right? No it multiplied by some factor. Still, no problem. With Noah and Gregory, was it just adding two more? No way. We are not dealing with simple arithmetic. There are piles of dishes now and the kitchen is a busy place. Still, no sweat. I actually enjoy making order out of chaos and doing dishes is a meditation. In any case, I will never work harder than Jamie.

Every moment of our day is precious. Every moment of our day is filled with love or not. There are no meaningless activities. All is love or it isn't. We can go through the day reminding ourselves of the great gifts of the Universe. We may let thankfulness rise in us washing, out all doubt and hesitation.

More and more we realize the world is according to how we see it. Our perception is ours to shape. Any moment can be love. Any moment can be thankfulness. Any moment can be joy.

Let's not wait for paradise! Let's see it right now! Let's grasp it with our minds and both hands. Paradise is right here. Right through that flimsy veil. See through it. See love. Know Oneness.

DUALITY

Duality is a concept that has been deeply imbued in our consciousness. Some of our teachers say the Earth is the only place where duality exist. The concept was given us, for us to learn, the ins and out, of separation from Source and help us grow. I, personally, never accepted the rigidness of the concept. My earliest quasi-spiritual arguments were about duality. I didn't believe because love existed, hate had to; or evil. I did not believe there was an opposite of  love. There is love and the absence of love. Those arguments were almost sixty years ago. I was twenty, or so, and the discussions were in the NCO club accompanied by much beer drinking.

No, I haven't learned much about duality since. Oh, I have learned more about the nightmare that belief in duality causes, when you add fear. The idea of duality is so programmed in our consciousness that we look around the corner for some bad thing coming when we are enjoying something good. Certainly, we don't all do that. The tendency is there,  at some level, for a lot of folks.

Manipulating people is much easier, if they are convinced that duality is a reality. If the group we are in is good, that other group is bad. If this group loves, this other group must hate. This is a powerful and largely unconscious force. The introduction of fear to this process is throwing gasoline on a fire.

I understand that if we always choose love, we will move out of duality. Yet the idea is deeply ingrained and many times we don't realize we are not choosing love.

The level of Unconditional Love is growing upon the Earth. It is lifting us all out of duality. Soon the idea of fear and negative choice will only be a memory. Yet, how about now? What about today? How can we extricate ourselves from duality?

I don't have the answer. I know that duality makes, what we are afraid of, appear logical; when it defies logic. For eons governments have created wars and devastation by appealing to the fear {that they created} in their populations. When we pull our heads out of duality, we see how preposterous the concept is, that one group of human beings is superior or more worthy than another. Yet at this very moment, the Cabal is fomenting this illusion. There is enough Love saturating the People of the Earth, right now, that they will be only successful at the margins.

The Cabal is desperate to regain control. They can't. But, they can cause some tense moments. They feed on fear. Any kind of fear. Let us be attuned to their attempts to inculcate fear. When ever we are invited to be afraid, we need to ask ourselves does this make sense? Who would benefit by my believing this?

The best thing we can do to get through this time is to promote laughter. Deep belly laughter. See the humor in all situations. Celebrate! Love everyone! Love ourselves! Know that we are  all beautiful beings of light.

We can all focus on the love in our relationships. Ignore the mainstream media Turn off the television, unless we know what we are going to watch, is free of fear mongering. Always look for the Love. It is there.

ALWAYS CHOOSE LOVE

I am getting a late start. I went to the dentist this Morning [routine cleaning] and since I have been home, I have spent some time looking some things up on the internet. I discovered there was a global meditation for peace in progress and I took some time to join in.

I don't have much to say. I have a deep conviction that everything in the world is going to turn out okay. More and more things, we would rather not hear about, are coming out. But they are coming out. All that is under the surface and was hidden is coming to the surface. And that is good. Apparently, there is evidence that the airliner over the Ukraine was taken down by forces attempting a false flag operation and Russia had nothing to do with it. It looks to me that this will be clear to everybody soon.

Most of what I have to say, today, would be a repetition of what I have said many times. Like everybody else, I am eager to see more evidence of the light growing and the dark retreating. I know it is happening, I see it in the folks I meet. I am eager to see it in our institutions. Politicians are still afraid to say what they really think. They pander to what they think their constituents think and, from what I see, they are behind. The folks who are appointed to lead are lagging behind the common folk who don't want anymore of this insanity.

We are at a pivotal point. We can look back and see a past governed by fear. Fear has been used to control for centuries. Humankind has been enslaved with fear. We can look forward and imagine a World without fear. We know our Mother Earth provides us with everything, without abusing her. We know that the only thing that keeps us from paradise is the simple acknowledgement that all fear is unnecessary. Without fear, we will see that we are One. We will know that all is Love.

We are spiritual beings experimenting with life in bodies. It could be fun! It could be joyful! Our lives could be filled with adventure and discovery. There is a vast Universe that needs exploring.

Haven't we learned by now that all fear is mischief? We are spiritual beings creating this experience, with our minds, for our bodies. Do we want hell created by fear or paradise created by love. It is our ongoing choice.

We need to reject fear no matter where it comes from. And no matter what form it takes. Those in power, who are attempting to stay in control, will use anything to terrify people; cholesterol, the Sun, global warming, etc. The latest is the Ebola virus. Each one of these things can be parsed for valid concern. Concern is not fear. If we are concerned about something, we take care of it. The cabal whips people up, with fear, with no intent to do anything. Their goal is fear itself.

They are clever. There is a kernel of truth in their fear mongering. There are a small percentage of folks that need to be aware of too much Sun. Most of us, however, are in no danger. Yet the fear mongers have scared innocent people into paying good money for products that are far more dangerous than the Sun. The Sun is very beneficial, most of us need more Sun.

Our key to the gates of Paradise is Love, of course. That love cannot grow in the stultifying stench of fear. We might, then say, The key to Paradise is the absence of fear.

ALWAYS CHOOSE LOVE.

WE ARE ALL NEEDED

We are doing great. We are facilitating the awakening. More and more people are seeing the futility of violence. The recent attempts at creating world wide war, with the Gaza and Ukraine incidents, have demonstrated the stupidity and inhumanity of using violence to solve problems. We can see the utter futility of it. Instead of riling up people for war, the violence caused disgust and a renewal of our resolve to address all problems with Love. The many peoples, in governments around the world, who are fomenting war are being ignored as they should be.

I know, it can be discouraging. We can turn our attention away from the pain and suffering. We can't ignore it. However, we can shine our love upon the troubled places in the world and have faith in Source that things are working out. We can't help the people in pain by bringing the pain inside us. We will only block the light that is needed, right now, to shine on the world.

Love is shining on the world right now. To help in the awakening process, we need to be open to the light, so that we can act as conduits to shine light on those around us. Each one of us is vitally important in this process.

Awakening is inevitable. We can not fail to awaken. The more we can remove all doubts from our mind, the greater our light will shine. Most of our doubts are based on a personal sense of unworthiness. It helps to know there is no spiritual or intellectual basis for these doubts. Unworthiness is based on false teachings; inadvertently, by parents, teachers etc. and purposely by those interested in control. We need to constantly remind ourselves that we are great beings of light. We need to remember that we are Unconditionally Loved. When we can just relax into who we are, we shine our light without thinking about it. Everyone around us feels the light and feels better for it. As people like themselves better they increase the light.

Look for the awakening all around us. In our area there is a renewed interest in good, healthy food. Farmers markets can hardly keep up with the demand. We have an Amish community, in our area, that was just established a few years ago. They raise vegetables, berries and meats for sale on their farms. The interest is so great, for good healthy food, that they can barely keep up. More and more folks are raising their own vegetables. It is difficult for farmers to get with the new trend. They are locked into an agricultural system that keeps them prisoners of corporate greed. They are beginning to see their dilemma. They will be breaking away.

Folks are becoming aware that they have been victims of divisiveness. We have accepted labels that define us: liberal, conservative, religious, atheist, humanitarian, environmentalist, etc., etc. Each one of these labels carries with it a belief system. These belief systems demand that we accept a certain view of the world. We are realizing we are not belief systems. We are people. We are, people of Love, who have varying views of the world. These views are in flux and always changing with our perception. We don't need to be locked into any way of thinking.

Love doesn't lock us in. Love frees us. If we need a filter to perceive the world, let it be a filter of love. Let us only see Love.

On a personal note; the folks on Laughing Water Farm miss Rosie {our dog of 15 years} but we are okay with it. We are happy that she did not have to suffer the indignity of old age. I think of her every day, but I have no ache, just fondness and appreciation that she shared her life with us.

Love and Peace,  Gregg

KINDNESS

A lot has happened on Laughing Water Farm. I will begin with the theme for the day, Kindness. Many spiritual teachers and gurus like to boil down their teachings to one word or phrase. Someone, perhaps it was the Dali Lama, said, I paraphrase, 'the chief characteristic of an enlightened soul is kindness.'

Kindness- it makes sense. Kindness means we appreciate everyone's position. We see. We understand. We have compassion- when it is called for. We treat others as we would want to be treated. Is there any other way to be, but kind? If we are loving, how else could we be?

This was brought home to me by my own unkindness. I started an argument, with somebody very close to me, by being unkind. I would never think of myself as being unkind. Yet, I was. When we find ourselves being righteous, be wary, only the ego is righteous. If we loved ourselves sufficiently, we would never be righteous. We would never be unkind. If we loved ourselves sufficiently, we would be kind to ourselves. Being kind to 'the other' is being kind to ourselves. After all, we are one.

It is interesting that unkindness would occur in a very close relationship. I have had many years experience as a family therapist, and I know, the most unkind cuts happen in the closest relationships. Sometimes we treat strangers better than we treat our loved ones. Why? We take our loved ones for granted. Our egos are like spoiled children that demand we be loved and accepted no matter how badly we behave. We spare strangers the worst tantrums of our egos but feel it is fine to expose our families to our craziness. Interesting.

It is a matter of growing up. Grown ups are kind. We can't grow up if we refuse to love ourselves. We need to open up to the unconditional love that is available, always. We need to bathe in love and wash away those ancient hurts and doubts about our own lovableness.

Keeping thoughts of kindness in our minds opens up the channels of love. We can learn to catch ourselves when judgement or righteousness arises. It is a signal that the spoiled child/ego is attempting to dominate our consciousness. We need to focus our love on that hurt child inside. Love will heal if we let it. We will grow up. We will learn to be kind all the time.

We have lost a family member on Laughing Water Farm. Rosie, our dog, died. Rosie was fifteen years old. She was small, 3/4 Yorkie and 1/4 poodle. She didn't think she was small. She had a huge spirit. She liked to stand out on the porch and bark, back and forth, with the neighbors' dogs. She made her position clear that she was mistress of this estate. Of course she never met one of these other dogs.

We got her when she was a few weeks old and would fit in the palms of my hands. We have had many dogs and I have loved them all, but Rosie was in a class by herself. I used to take her with me wherever I went, to the feed store, to get the paper, anytime she could either go in with me or there wouldn't be much wait in the truck. She loved riding in the truck.

Although she struggled with asthma, off and on, she didn't have many health problems. She acted like a puppy until very recently. In the last year or so her bouts with asthma were more serious, but Jamie was able to successfully treat her with medications. She recently had one of these more serious bouts with asthma and after coming out of it she seemed better than ever. In fact, she seemed rejuvenated. It was like having our young dog back again. A week ago she started to decline. She was peaceful. There was no sign of suffering. Her breathing was labored and she wouldn't eat. It was clear she was going to leave us.

Yesterday Morning, she went outside and laid on the grass by the walkway. She loved to Sun herself. When I went outside a few minutes later, I could see, without approaching her, that her spirit had left her body.

It is sad; but Rosie had a marvelous life. She gave much to all and she was loved. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful death, lying peacefully in the Sun.

Yesterday was Jamie's birthday; so we celebrated a birthday, a wake, and a burial. We did rejoice. We did give thanks. We celebrated life. We loved.

HANGING ON

I can't think of what to write about this Morning. On one level it seems like we are just treading water. It seems like humanities waking up is going at a snails pace. Then, I read other articles that portray a population that has had enough of violence and division and is eager to embrace Love and pursue Oneness. I think it is true, that the Cabal's attempts to start a world war, with the crises in Gaza and Ukraine, have backfired. Despite the media hype, I think most folks will have none of it; they know we are all brothers and sisters and we can live together in peace and harmony. If one pays attention to the main stream media, it is difficult to stay optimistic. We need to hang on to what we know to be true.

Perhaps it is at a deep level for some and more available to others, but we all know by now that violence and strife will get us nothing but more violence and strife. We don't just believe; we know, that Love is the only answer for all our problems. We have seen it manifested in our personal lives again and again.

Although, we have learned to avoid exposure to the MSM, as much as possible, the propaganda and invitations to be afraid, at all levels, is intense. Unless we live in a hut, deep in the woods with no communication, some of those insane vibrations are going to filter into our consciousness. Hang on to the understanding that all fear is manipulative and no fear is warranted. We are constantly presented with a choice between love and fear. Always choose love.

We are going to get through this just fine. Some of the members of the dark are beginning to see the light. Other members of the Cabal are given enough leeway to back themselves in a corner. Outside of the MSM, which the Cabal still controls, they have no credibility.

I know, I know, we have been hearing this forever; when are we going to see convincing proof that the Cabal is done for? When will we see a world without fear?

The first question, all I can do is reassure you, it will be sooner than later. I know you have heard that, too. Hang in there. Look how much things have changed in the last year. There have been many attempts [false flags?] to start a major war. The Cabal has not succeeded and they won't.

The second question is easier to answer. We can see a world without fear - right now. That has always been our choice. The Great Ones, through the ages, tried to teach us how. Until now, it was difficult to achieve because of the volume of fear in the group consciousness. It took years of meditation to reach a point where one could look on the world without any modicum of fear. Seeing a world without fear was always up to the individual and always possible.

Love is the antidote for fear. The love in our group consciousness has increased, to the point, where we all can experience a world without fear. We need to be honest with ourselves about the fears we hang on to. They are not real. They are shadows from the past. They often are invited by feelings of unworthiness. We need to remind ourselves often, that we are all created equal, and we are all created by, and as part, of Source {GOD}. We don't need memories of past experiences haunting our minds. The past is PAST! It no longer exists NOW. We are great beings of light. We are Love. We are free beings.

People are beginning to nudge each other towards a world without fear. Among our personal acquaintances, we probably know someone who has pretty much expunged fear from  their life. [Not like the psychopath-who pretends to] Has really done it. Has replaced fear with love. More and more people are seeing through the veil. As we get closer to awakening, we will attract others on the same path and we will aid each other and reach back to help those a little behind.

Let us keep our eyes on the Light. It is intense and growing.

When I sat down here I couldn't think of anything to write. I am glad I came up with something. It helps me and I hope it is of use to you.

Happy Friday! Celebrate Life!
