A WEDNESDAY IN APRIL

It was 72 degrees F yesterday afternoon; by the time I went to bed it was 37, when I got up this Morning it was 34, now it is 36.5. The good thing is that we got an inch of rain. The cold is supposed to hang on for a couple days. There is a good possibility we will get some snow. Ugh! And that is how it is in Minnesota.

It has been a slow Spring. At least it seems that way; we were anticipating an early, warmer than normal season, back in February. It didn't happen! March and April were probably close to normal, but below our hopes. We haven't had a day yet, when we didn't need the furnace.

Kinda like waiting for the world to awaken. We hoped things would move apace. It may be. It is hard to know, as long as the main stream media, is controlled by the dark ones. I would like to point folks to the light. It can be seen, but the darkness is thrown in our face constantly. Jamie and I look at the news every night with the mute on and even the pictures are way too disturbing. You can tell how fake it is, because every time they are talking about a country we are supposed to demonize, they drag out the same old film clips; they vary according to the country, missiles and goose stepping soldiers if it is North Korea and thugs with masks on, riding in Toyota trucks shooting off guns, if it is the Middle East. They vary the film clips, but we see many repeats and some look like they are a product of Hollywood. The sound comes on, only for the local news and the weather.

I have no doubt folks are waking up. I see it. I feel it. I know it. It doesn't take much perusal of the internet, to realize the world as we have known it, is crumbling, and fast. Just not fast enough for some of us watchers.

It is an opportunity to learn patience. We all have a peaceful place inside. We need to visit it often. We know we have to create a new world by beginning with ourselves. If we want happiness for the world; we need to be happy. If we want love for the world; we need to be loving. Et cetera. I read an inspirational message everyday called Heaven Letters. {http://heavenletters.org} Yesterday it recommended we practice being of good cheer to uplift the world. No matter what happens it is possible to add good cheer. Many attitudes are changeable, just by looking at things a little differently. It was a good reminder for me. I can be glum sometimes for no real reason; in fact, grouchiness is not out of the question.

We need to look for the light and send it on. We can shine our light in all the trouble spots we see. Love is all around us. Learn to marinate in it. Soak it up. Then radiate it to all.

Love and Peace, Gregg
