We have three small plastic buckets sitting alongside our sink for kitchen waste. One for coffee grounds intended for the blueberries [ aids in keeping the soil acid]; one for the goats, banana and orange peels, anything leafy; and the rest goes for the chickens. This morning, as I was getting the water jug filled up for the goats, I reminded myself to take out their bucket. I reminded myself, at least, once more. I was halfway down the path to the goat shed, when I remembered, I forgot it!
The irony; I was thinking about writing this blog and was thinking about the meaning of awareness. Ahhhhhhhh...... I was paying more attention to the stream of consciousness in my mind than what I was doing. Just a reminder: The teacher teaches what he wants to learn. Don't look now Krishnamurti.
As I mentioned before, Krishnamurti taught us to focus on what was before us with such intensity that we emptied our mind. In a sense, focus exclusively on your perception and the inside will take care of itself. The traditional masters taught us to focus completely on quieting our mind and the outside will take care of itself. Both methods work to expand consciousness.
In the first method, if you intensely focus on perception, to the exclusion of your thought stream, you are in the 'now'. You stop time, therefore you 'see'. You see beyond the controlled group ego perception. Reality becomes available.
In the more traditional method, you practice quieting your mind to the point where your thought streams no longer interpret what our perception is. Without the stream of thoughts, you are in the 'now'. Time stops. You see what is.
What is Full Consciousness? What is it like? How will it help? Remember in my last blog when I discussed how the increase in the light, paradoxically, made things seem worse because they illuminated old programs. It accentuated our 'buttons' and made them easier to push. As we become aware we see our unconscious programs. Because we see them, we don't just automatically react as if we were a robot responding to stimuli. There is a pause, where we can say to our self, oh, that is one of my buttons. I can let the button go rather than react to it. On the other hand, you will see more clearly those sore spots in whom your talking to and you will have a pause to reflect on whether you want to say what you were tempted to say. We still need to be responsible, but awareness allows us to be responsible. As we see more, we will give up all our old negative programs and we will certainly not be tempted to engage anybody Else's.
What else does Full Consciousness bring? All the knowledge that you have stored away from the time we left source becomes available. If you wish you can scan your past lifetimes. You can view the history of man on this planet. You can see your history elsewhere.
One of the most powerful things and the thing that will give us release; is seeing how we have been manipulated individually and as a group, these last few thousand years. Our perception has been manipulated, in every possible way, in order to make us willing servants of the cabal. When we see that fear is made to control us, and has no reality outside of this illusion, we will be released from the last remnants of the cabal. As our awareness increases the manipulation becomes more and more glaring. Remember that anybody who invites you to fear wants to control you or profit from you.
With full consciousness we will see we are one. Everybody is worthy, everybody is love, everybody wants peace, love and joy to grace their lives. Paradise is only a thought away.
I got a do the dishes and be aware.
Love and Peace, Gregg
