ON THE JOURNEY

We were born perfect souls. Shining entities. Have you noticed the brilliance of a newborn? It takes us a while to get use to the limitations of our bodies.

Then the fun begins. We are born to those who have learned imperfectly and we learn to see the world through their eyes.

When we make a decision to 'see', we need to relearn all the programs we absorbed from the culture and our caregivers. And that is a big thing.

Furthermore, if the wise ones are correct, we had goals we wanted to reach in this life that we set up before coming here. Some of these goals may be related to things that we didn't complete in a past sojourn and some may be new.

So we see, this is a significant task. Many of us reach places of peace and joy and we feel we are on the verge of significant growth just to be thrown back again into an ego created hell. Yes, we discover there are many hills and valleys on our journey to unconditional love.

We can become quite an expert on ourselves and still succumb to an ego temptation. We may want to give up a bad habit. We may want to give up reacting angrily. Perhaps we want to deal in a more helpful way with rejection. Maybe we want to stop being so sensitive. It doesn't matter what it is. We keep revisiting the situation until we learn what we intended to learn.

I know, I know it can be discouraging. We need to realize that we learn each time. We don't really go backward. No we don't. We learn a little more each time one of these situations arise. We are coming to the end of it and it can be true that it is 'darkest before the dawn'.

Humanity is awakening en masse. On a large scale and individually we are creating situations to learn. Some days it is going to seem like enlightenment is far far away. It's not. Just like the cabal creates as much chaos as it can to maintain control of the world, our individual egos attempt one final push to keep us under the thumb.

Forgiveness is the essential ingredient to joy and peace of mind. We need to forgive ourselves over and over for our errors. Every time we err we learn and become closer to our goal. Forgive, forgive, forgive. Celebrate, celebrate, celebrate. Dance, dance, dance. Laugh, laugh, laugh. Let us make music for we are ONE.

Love and Peace,  Gregg
